Recipe: 22g coffee : 352g water
Grind: Medium
Time: 3:40 (approx.)

Brewing Steps

1.       Heat Water in Gooseneck kettle to 195-205° F

2.       Place V60 or Kalita dripper on mug

3.       Drop filter into dripper

4.       Rinse filter and discard water

5.       Pour grounds in filter and level evenly

6.       Place mug and dripper on scale, tare scale & start timer

7.       Pre-wet grounds w/ 50g water

8.       At 0:40, slowly pour to 150g

9.       At 1:20, slowly pour to 250g

10.     At 2:20, slowly pour to 352g

11.     Brew should finish at 3:40 (approx.)

12.     Pour into your favorite East Coast Roast mug and enjoy your perfect cup!
