Products & Availability
All coffee is roasted fresh to order in small batches. We do our best to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but we reserve the right to update or modify products and pricing at any time without notice.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing and roasting your coffee as quickly as possible.
Shipping
We carefully package and ship all orders to help ensure freshness and quality upon arrival. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100 CAD.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Subscriptions
Coffee subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. Customers may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting us directly.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, images, and branding on this website remain the property of East Coast Roasts Coffee unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
East Coast Roasts Coffee is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
